Sisters Coffee Media Plan

In my Advertising Media Planning course, I collaborated with a team to develop a fully research-backed media plan for Sisters Coffee. This project strengthened my advertising strategy skills and deepened my understanding of how to connect brand messaging with the right audiences through a multichannel media approach.

Our process began with a client briefing, where we learned about the brand and its marketing goals. From there, we translated these goals into clear communication objectives and conducted a full SWOT analysis to ground our strategy in the brand’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

We then developed media strategies informed by timing, seasonality, and geographic considerations; researched and defined target audiences; and aligned our approach with a full media funnel to ensure coverage at every stage. We completed the plan with messaging and channel recommendations, budget allocation, a detailed media flighting schedule, and an evaluation framework to measure success.

My group and I presented the whole campaign to my class, using media planning principles to fully explain why we made certain decisions. The presentation was made using Canva.
